Ilkay Gundogan speaks out after Manchester City's Champions League defeat

  Manchester City star Ilkay Gundogan has spoken out following his side's Champions League final defeat to Chelsea on Saturday. City suffered a 1-0 defeat to the Blues as Kai Havertz's only goal at the end of the first half helped Thomas Tuchel's side to lift the trophy. Following the game, Gundogan took to Twitter and wrote: "It damn sucks to post after a big final defeat ... we've been so close, it hurts so much - today even more than yesterday to be honest... "But I don't want to miss the chance to say thank you for all your support throughout the season. See you soon & stay healthy!"
