Ian Wright wishes he would have played with 34-year-old star at Arsenal

Ian Wright has revealed the two players he wishes he could have played alongside at Arsenal – Cesc Fabregas and Robert Pires. Former Gunners man was lucky enough to play with some absolute legends during his time at Highbury. The likes of Dennis Bergkamp, Paul Merson and Marc Overmars were his teammates during his time at north London but there are two players he wishes he could have worked with. Speaking on the Wrighty’s House Podcast, Wright said:

“There are two players I’d have loved to have played with at Arsenal, obviously I was lucky enough to play with Dennis (Bergkamp), but that would have been Cesc Fabregas and Pires.   “I adore these guys man, I adore these guys. Robert Pires and Cesc Fabregas, Cesc Fabregas is one of the best I’ve ever seen."
