Ian Wright questions the decision of not giving a playing time to one Arsenal player

Ian Wright has questioned why Arsenal aren't giving playing time to someone like William Saliba. The Gunners legend doesn't agree with the claims that Saliba is "not ready" and has criticized the club's current defence labeling as "embarrassing". “You see Mari, how easy he went down last week," he said on Premier League Productions. “I think that’s something that’s systematic in this Arsenal team.  “They are waiting for VAR to look at that and call it up for a foul (Gundogan goal). That’s the level we have reached.  “I mean talking about someone like Saliba, who’s not in this team because he’s not ready.  “And that’s the standard? It’s embarrassing.”  It has been two years since Arsenal signed Saliba for £27 million, yet the player hasn’t played a single minute for the club.
