Ian Wright has criticised Arsenal defender Ben White, claiming the defender showed “inexperience” to concede a penalty against Leeds United on Saturday. Gunners celebrated a 4 - 1 win over the Premier League opponents at the weekend. Despite the result, Wright was not impressed by White's performance. “It’s a poor challenge," former Arsenal man said about the defender's decision to tackle the rival team's player. "Stay on your feet there, Ben. You don’t need that kind of pressure. Don’t go to ground, did he slip? I don’t know. This is what I’ve said about the inexperience, a young team. A more experienced defender stays up.”
