"I like Leicester's style" – Timothy Castagne discusses dream transfer

Timothy Castagne decided to join Leicester City because of their style of play and conversations with Brendan Rodgers. The Belgian wing-back could be announced as the club’s first signing this week after City agreed an £18m deal, rising to £21.5m, with his club Atalanta. As he is on international duty with Youri Tielemans and Dennis Praet at the moment, he won’t be arriving at the King Power Stadium until next week. But Castagne is excited to fulfil his dream of playing in the Premier League, and excited at linking up with City. He told Belgian public service broadcaster RTBF on Tuesday: "It has always been my dream to play in the Premier League. It was my priority league over other offers. I also like Leicester's style of play which should suit me. And the feeling with the manager is very good, he contacted me regularly." Castagne made 33 appearances for Atalanta last year, playing in both right and left wing-back roles, scoring twice and providing three assists.
