"I hope this happens"- Everton fans react to 18-goal star wearing Toffees shirt

Everton fans have been reacting to Lille striker Victor Osimhen's Instahgram story, as he was wearing a Toffees shirt. The 21-year-old has been in an impressive form for Lille this season, scoring 18 goals in his first campaign with the French club to make himself a wanted man. The shirt is more likely given to him by international teammate and current Blues winger Alex Iwobi, but Everton fans have let themselves dream. Many were hoping that Osimhen would move to Goodison Park, believing that 'you never know' whether a deal could actually happen, while also joking that the striker's post was a sign to joining the Toffees in a big-money move this summer.
