"I don't think he": Declan Rice shares Tottenham star has apologised to him

Declan Rice has revealed that Harry Kane has apologised for leaving him hanging during England’s win against Albania on Sunday. When Tottenham attacker opened the scoring at the weekend, Rice went to hight-five with the player but was totally ignored by both Kane and several of his teammates. “It was funny because when we was on the plane about to leave Albania,” said Rice. “Harry Kane, I don’t think he realised what had happened. “He has seen the video and he called me and said ‘Dec, sorry mate’. I turned around to him and had a bit of a laugh with him. “As I turned to the boss (Southgate) before we started (the presser), I have been turned into a meme again. “I obviously had the one with Mason scaring me, and now I have been left hanging, so I need to improve on that front.”
