‘Huge difference’ – Lewis Jones states his prediction for Crystal Palace v West Ham

Crystal Palace are set to welcome West Ham in their first Premier League clash of 2022 (January 1st). Ahead of the clash, Lewis Jones has stated his prediction on today's match result. Jones believes that the London derby is expected to be tough, with both the sides evenly matched for his game.

“Selhurst Park is one ground that absolutely can make a huge difference for a home team,” Jones wrote for Sky Sports.   “Palace have lost just one of their 10 home matches this season, however, that record is perhaps a little skewed as they have yet to face any of the current top six in south London.   “Hammers are very strong against lower-ranked opposition and will be a massive threat from set-pieces.”
