Leeds United are back to Premier League after 16 years. The Whites earned a promotion to the Premier League on Friday after second-placed West Brom lost 2-1 to Huddersfield.

Currently, Leeds are leading the Championship table with 87 points and are preparing to play against Derby County on Sunday.

Last time the Whites were in the Premier League was back in 2003/2004 season. Leeds earned 33 points and finished 19th in the table. Last game the Whites played in the league was against Chelsea on May 15, 2004. The game ended in Chelsea’s 1-0 win.

Here is how Leeds lined up against the Blues for that game: Carson, Richardson, Duberry, Radebe, Harte, Kelly, Matteo, Olembe (Barmby 80), Wilcox (Pennant 61), Milner, Smith.
