Chelsea have already signed Timo Werner and Hakim Ziyech, but they are not expected to hold back. The duo will likely to be joined by Bayer Leverkusen star Kai Havertz. While Lampard is pushing hard to bring Havertz to Stamford Bridge, top left-back target Ben Chilwell is also close to joining the revolution in west London. Thiago Silva is seen as a more cost-effective option and it is understood the Blues are closing in on a one-year deal for the Brazilian. The Blues are keen to bring a new No1 in this summer, and have earmarked Ajax's Andre Onana as a target, but are struggling to drum up interest in Kepa in order to fund any replacement.
