How Bruno Fernandes and his Manchester United team-mates are shaping on international duty?

Manchester United players including Bruno Fernandes and Scott McTominay are impressing their manager Erik ten Hag whilst on international duty. 

A couple of Man United players were involved in international matches this week and they could also take part in next week's international matches. 

How Manchester United players are performing at international level?

The likes of Scott McTominay, Christian Eriksen and Bruno Fernandes all impressed their Man United fans during the mid-week international matches and below are United's players performances for their respective countries. 

Denmark 4-0 San Marino

Man United midfielder Eriksen played 90 minutes and provided three assists to help Denmark beat San Marino 4-0 on Thursday night while Rasmus Hojlund came off the bench late on in the game and went close to scoring when his right-footed strike hit the goal post. 

Ukraine 1-1 England

Manchester United centre-back Harry Maguire played 90 minutes as England were held to a 1-1 draw in Poland. Maguire was subjected to mild cricitism after he unintentionally marked his centre-back partner Guehi in Ukraine's opening goal. Marcus Rashford came off the bench and played 25 minutes and was relatively quiet. 

Uruguay 3-1 Chile

Machester United forward Facundo Pellistri started for Uruguay and played 71 minutes as Uruguay beat Chile 3-1. The United forward did not assist or score against the Chileans but his performance was pretty decent. 

How Bruno Fernandes and his Manchester United team-mates are shaping on international duty?

Brazil 5-1 Bolivia

Casemiro captained the Brazil national team to a resounding 5-1 win over Bolivia and played 90 minutes. Manchester United forward Antony missed out on the game because of his ongoing rape and domestic violence accusation. 

Cyprus 0-3 Scotland

Manchester United midfielder Scott McTominay made headlines on Friday when he scored a goal and provided an assist to help Scotland beat Cyprus 3-0 away from home. It was an excellent performance from the United academy graduate, who hasn't started a game for the Red Devils this season. 

Tunisia 1-0 Botswana

United youngster Hannibal Mejbri started and played 71 minutes as Tunisia won the game late on in the game in the AFCON 2024 qualifiers. 

Slovakia 0-1 Portugal

Manchester United skipper Bruno Fernandes and full-back Diogo Dalot start as Portugal sealed a tight 1-0 win at Slovakia, with Fernandes scoring the lone goal on the stroke of half-time. Fernandes and Dalot were decent for Roberto Martinez's side.
