How Arsenal can raise £100m funds for summer transfers with Emirates clearout

Arsenal chief Edu could cash in on £100m with a massive Emirates clearout. The likes of Mesut Ozil and Sokratis were released in January, but several players are struggling for a game-time still. And those players could be sold in the upcoming transfer window. Icelandic goalkeeper Alex Runarsson is highly unlikely to be kept on if Arsenal gets any potential suitors this summer for a nominal fee after his miserable season in north London. But the Gunners could sell him for £1m. Callum Chambers, meanwhile, could bring £10m at the Emirates with his move away from the club. The 26-year-old still has another year left on his current deal, but with the Gunners needing funds, Chambers could finally be cashed in on. Sead Kolasinac has played his last game for the club as he continues to be linked with a permanent move to Schalke this summer. He could bring £5m to the club. If things don’t work themselves out, the Gunners need to get rid of William Saliba before his stock (£20m) lowers even more. Meanwhile, Hector Bellerin could join Barcelona or PSG in the summer transfer window and it will bring an additional £30m. Matteo Guendouzi believes, his Arsenal career is not over yet. But he could be sold for around £25m. Finally, Willian's £165,000-a-week wages could be funds Arteta looks to free up funds for summer transfers. Arsenal will do well to pick up £10m for the Brazilian.
