Henrikh Mkhitaryan speaks out on the 2-1 defeat to Bosnia and Herzegovina

Armenia lost 2-1 in an away game against Bosnia and Herzegovina for the Euro 2020 qualifiers. Arsenal midfielder and team captain Henrikh Mkhitaryan's goal from penalty in the last minutes weren't enough for Armenians to take points from the game. After the game, Henrikh Mkhitaryan has spoken out on the game. "I think when the score was still 1-0, we had a chance to score but we missed it. The opposite thing happened and we conceded second goal," said the Arsenal midfielder. "The scored penalty gave us hope but the time was short." "I think we lost not because of we didn't believe but because of the lack of experience," continued Mkhitaryan. "At the beginning first and second half, we mostly aimed to meet the opponent at the center of the field because we were aware of how good Pjanic and Dzeko team up. "Against this kind of teams it is always hard, especially when you give them time and distance. "It was the first game and the team hasn't started getting into the routine yet. We will be hoping for the best for the upcoming games." Currently Armenia national team is 4th in the group J without any points. Upcoming game for the team is against Finland on March 26 at Vazgen Sargsyan Republican Stadium.
