Helmut Marko points blame at Bottas for Verstappen's puncture

On lap five of the Mexican Grand Prix, Max Verstappen was trying to overtake Valtteri Bottas and the Dutch did what he wanted. The Dutchman clipped Bottas, which gave him a puncture, but Red Bull racing team advisor Helmut Marko pointed the blame in Bottas.
