Frank McAvennie has delivered his verdict on Craig Dawson expressing his disappointment with the defender.
The former West Ham striker believes Dawson is on the verge of ending his career and has been very unreliable for the team.
The 31-year-old has been replacing Angelo Ogbonna after the latter's season-ending injury.
Speaking to
West Ham Zone, McAvennie said.
“Craig Dawson has come in (for Angelo Ogbonna). He’s come to the end of his career now.
“But you can’t rely on him. He makes mistakes.
“The club do need to sign a centre-half in January.”
