Harvey Elliott sends motivational message after Liverpool loss

Liverpool played a friendly match against Hertha Berlin in Austria on Thursday, where the Reds lost with a score of 4-3. Despite the defeat Harvey Elliott was again amazing in the midfield. The 18-year-old played for Blackburn Rovers in the Championship in 2020/21 season, mostly being used on the right wing.
“To be honest, I don’t mind playing anywhere,” said Elliott.   “Wherever I play, I’m just excited to put the shirt on every single game, give it my 100%, work as hard as I can and just try to influence the game.
The youngster mentioned, he's ready to play anywhere boss tells him to.
“Wherever the gaffer tells me to play, I’m more than confident and willing to play there. It’s just all about putting on the shirt again and giving it 100%."
Eliott realises, pre-seasons are meant for playing and making mistakes, in order to fix those during the season.
“That’s what pre-season is about - making these mistakes here," he said, speaking to liverpoolfc.com.   “We’re all going to reflect and learn on them and then when the season comes I’m sure we’ll cut them out.
