Harry Kane sends message to Liverpool and Manchester City after Burnley win

Tottenham star Harry Kane believes Spurs are on the verge of completing something "special" after celebrating a 1-0 win over Burnley on Monday. Jose Mourinho's side collected the three points as Son Heung-min scored in the 76th minute with Kane providing the assist. Spurs are currently 5th in the Premier League table with 11 points. Mourinho's side have scored 16 goals so far this season, more than any other team and they are seen as dark horses in the Premier League title race. Liverpool remain favorites and are currently second as they share the same amount of points as Everton, who are leading the league table. Manchester City are also expected to be up there at the end of the season. "I think we are at a stage where we have been so close for so many years, a lot of us have been together for four or five years," said Kane. "The additions this year have been great and we are all getting more experienced. "We know with the team we have got and the players we have got we can do something special. "It's making sure when you come to places like this you are fighting for every point and result. "To bounce back and grind these results out, these are the results that count at the end of the season." He added: "It's still early on. We need to take each game as it comes. "I know it's a cliche. We still have a lot to learn and build on but I think nights like this will give us a lot of confidence." source - Express Join us on Telegram
