He has been training individually while being in quarantine at the club's training base since returning to UK from vacation.
On Thursday, the striker took a PCR Covid-19 test which turned out negative.
Now the player has joined his teammates ahead of Manchester City clash on Sunday and his confusing future at Spurs.
The England captain originally had to return to the club's training complex on August 2, but instead arrived five days later.
