Harry Kane is considered one of the best players in the world and according to research by the CIES Football Observatory, the Spurs striker is currently the second most valuable player in world football.
It means that currently he is more valuable than Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.
CIES use an exclusive algorithm to determine a player's value, looking at things such as age, contract duration, position, nationality and economic level of the selling club and potential buying club. And the Football Observatory believe Kane has a value of €200.3million (approximately £180million).
Kane isn’t the only Spurs player in the top 100, although he is the only one in the top ten. His teammate Dele Alli is just outside the top ten, in 12th place with a value of €150.2million. Son Heung-min (€93.9million) and Davinson Sanchez (€93.6million) are in the top 40.
