Harry Kane makes Premier League admission ahead of the new season

Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane has spoken out on new season's challenges. England national team captain says Champions League defeat from Liverpool will be a motivation for the team to perform on the same level. Spurs were defeated by Liverpool at Wanda Metropolitano Stadium after Mohamed Salah's and Divock Origi's goals. "I think it just motivates you to get better. With the Champions League final, you want to play in those games all the time." Kane told Sky Sports News. "We know it's going to be tough to get back there this year and it's down to us to perform." he added.
When asked if Tottenham will fight for EPL title in 2019/20 campaign, Kane continued: "That's always the aim. The manager has full trust in the squad. Whoever he gets in or gets rid of, that's his choice; he's the boss."
"Whatever happens from now until the end of the window, we know we've got a strong enough squad to compete. The top six is really tight so we just want to put a good run together." the striker concluded. Source - Sky Sports
