Harry Kane fires warning to Man United and Tottenham’s other rivals for Champions League qualification

Tottenham forward Harry Kane has fired a warning to Manchester United and their other rivals who are chasing the Champions League spot as teams prepare for Premier League's return. Spurs are currently 8th in the league table with 41 points, while Manchester United are 5th with 45 points, 2 points behind 4th placed Chelsea. "We've got Man United first - we go back with a bang," he told Sky Sports. "From our point of view we are not in any of the other competitions so we have got nine games to concentrate on picking up as many points and try and get into the Champions League spots." "So at least all our focus is going to be on one competition. "It feels like a pre-season, it has been good so far. I was doing individual training for a while and almost got to a stage where I was back with the team and then we had to stay at home. "It's been a chance for me to get fit, it has been six months since I have played a game so I haven't done that since I was about five years old." The game between Spurs and the Red Devils is scheduled on Friday, June 19 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. source - Evening Standard
