Kane has earlier admitted that he is thankful for the extra rest he has got from football’s suspension and insisted he will be fully fit and ready to play whenever it is football returns. The 26-year-old had been out of action since the beginning of 2020, having undergone surgery on a hamstring injury on January 1, however, he is happy with his rehabilitation, admitting he has made the most of the bad situation. “I’ve just been ticking along, really,” Kane told talkSPORT Breakfast. “Obviously my wife and two little girls have been keeping me busy at home, but in a way I’ve been able to spend a bit more time with my kids, time I wouldn’t normally get during my career and during the season when it’s so full-on all year round. “I’m just trying to take the positives from a bad situation and make the most of what’s going on. “Obviously I got injured on January 1, so whenever we start playing again it’s going to be at least six or seven months before I play another game, which is very long time.” Source- talkSPORT Join us on Telegram!Shooting drill 💯 pic.twitter.com/FUe259iIGO
