Chelsea manager Guus Hiddink has admitted that his side is ready to face Everton in the FA Cup quarter-final and is hoping for more happy memories.
Hiddink guided Chelsea to a 2-1 victory during his first caretaker spell in charge of the West London outfit, with goals from Didier Drogba and Frank Lampard.
“[That final] was a long time ago. I have good memories but that’s the past. They will remember that as well. Some might still be in the team so they’ll go for revenge.
“We had a difficult game against them here recently. We hope to maintain our flow in The FA Cup when we play them there,” the Dutchman said after the match.
