Guardiola plotting summer reunion with Andres Iniesta

Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola is eyeing Barcelona legend Andres Iniesta as he wants the Spanish midfielder to end his career in England. The 33-year-old player signed a “contract for life” at Barcelona in October but after the arrival of £142 million Philippe Coutinho from Liverpool, Iniesta’s influence may have been reduced. Iniesta and Guardiola enjoyed huge success together at the Camp Nou and the City boss will be the first in the queue if there’s any chance to sign Iniesta.
