Granit Xhaka opens up on improvements he’s made under Unai Emery

Arsenal player Granit Xhaka, who has started every Premier League game so far this season, has outlined how his game improved under Unai Emery. In his Arsenal career Xhaka has been criticized for a poor pass and not tracking runners which has ultimately led to a concession of a goal. But during his time under the guidance of Unai Emery, Xhaka found a decent understanding with summer signing Lucas Torreira which has seen the Gunners put together six consecutive wins in the Premier League. And according to Xhaka his success is due to the work done by Emery on the tactical side of things. "We needed some time to get to know the character and philosophy of the new manager," he told the Daily Mail . It is going well and I am improving. "On a tactical level, the manager has really helped me. "But we can still improve." Xhaka has so far completed more passes than any Arsenal player this season (626).
