Daily Mail have reported, that Tottenham are interested in signing Pope, 28, as a potential replacement for Hugo Lloris. Former West Ham United and Chelsea right-back Johnson, who now works as a pundit for Sky Sports, has said that the England international could be tempted to leave Burnley. Johnson said: “For the personal career of the goalkeeper, he is naturally going to want to play for the biggest clubs possible, and those windows and doors only open at certain times in your career.
