Goal journalist provides transfer update on Raphael Varane amid Manchester United links

Raphael Varane has an agreement in principle at Manchester United until 2026, but he has not officially told Real Madrid that he wants to leave, according to Goal journalist Mario Cortegana. Los Blancos man has been heavily linked with the move to Old Trafford for the summer transfer window. Now Cortegana claims that Variane has not officially communicated over his desire to leave the La Liga side, but it is assumed that the French professional will leave.
