Glenn Hoddle has admitted he is not impressed with Mykhailo Mudryk since his arrival at Chelsea earlier this year.
Mudryk, who was signed from Shakhtar Donetsk during the January transfer window, has had a rather uneventful start to his Premier League journey. He is still quite young and holds significant potential, though the responsibility now falls on his shoulders to excel within Mauricio Pochettino's system.
While speaking on the Kelly and Wrighty Show, Hoddle admitted that he hasn't observed any positive performances from Mudryk in Chelsea's colors thus far. However, he remains hopeful that Mudryk will soon find his form and make a positive impact.
“Mudryk hasn’t showed anything for Chelsea like he did [before] they bought him," the pundit said, via The Chelsea Chronicle.
"There’s a player in there waiting to come out,” he added.
