Gianluca Di Marzio: Danilo arrives in Italy today; medical visits tomorrow

Manchester City are in talks with Juventus over a deal to sign Portugal right-back Joao Cancelo with Brazil full-back Danilo moving the other direction. According to Gianluca Di Marzio, Danilo arrived in Torino.  “This will be his first impression with the bianconero world today, and then tomorrow he will undergo medical visits at JMedical, the final step before signing his contract,” writes the journalist. City signed Danilo from Real Madrid for £26.5m in 2017. He has made 60 appearances in all competitions but only 22 league starts, the last of which came against Cardiff on 3 April.
