Germany handed massive Ilkay Gundogan blow ahead of England

Germany have been handed a massive blow over Ilkay Gundogan, as the midfielder is reportedly set to be out from the Euro 2020 clash against England. According to Sky Sports, Gundogan doesn't feel very good and his head is aching, and most likely Leon Goretzka will replace him.
