Arsenal and Armenian national team midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan was injured and replaced at the 61st minute of Europe League first quarterfinal match against CSKA Moscow.
The 29-year-old Armenian плаыер was injured as a result of a clash with CSKA's defender Georgi Shchennikov. Mkhitaryan was replaced by Nigerian midfielder Alex Ivobi.
Note that the London club won with a score of 4:1.
