Gary Neville speaks out on the importance of Liverpool game and makes Tottenham top-four prediction

Tottenham are preparing to play an away Premier League game against Liverpool on Sunday, October 27. Ahead of the game, former Manchester United player Gary Neville has spoken out on the importance of the game and made a top-four prediction, claiming that Spurs will finish in top 4. "It doesn't feel such a big issue in my head because they've had such a great four of five years," Neville told Sky Sports. "We're only nine games into this new season but there is a big reaction towards Tottenham, towards Mauricio Pochettino. "There is a sense that there is this unhappiness but if you think about Spurs historically, this is a very calm period, a very stable period in their history." Later he added: "I think Sunday is a big game in the sense of Liverpool, they certainly didn't fall off the bike last weekend at Old Trafford but they displayed a little bit of anxiety, they weren't at their best and I think if they weren't to win this weekend you could say was it a blip or is there something beginning to creep in. "I think for Tottenham if they ever wanted to announce themselves as being out of the rocky period then Anfield is the toughest place to play football. It's a really big game for both teams, I think Tottenham will struggle to deal with the intensity Liverpool play at but it was a strange performance." Currently Liverpool are leading the league table with 25 points (8 wins, 1 draw), while Tottenham are 7th with 12 points (3 wins, 3 draws, 3 defeats). via football.london
