Gary Neville rates Liverpool’s chances in potential semi-final with Barcelona

Gary Neville has made a Champions League prediction for Liverpool if they go on to meet Barcelona. According to the former Manchester United man have 50-50 chance of defeating Barca – despite their devastating win over United. Neville told beIN SPORTS : "When you get into the semi-final you’re definitely good enough to win the competition. "But that first five minutes against Manchester United - they’re likely to play Liverpool in the semi-final and Liverpool are a lot better than United and won’t let them off the hook like that. "Liverpool’s front three will cause massive problems so I think it’s a 50-50 tie that semi-final. "I wouldn’t say it’s Barcelona as favourites by any stretch of the imagination. "Liverpool are a good side and have a lot more energy than this Barcelona team. They don’t have as much control or rhythm in midfield but I think certainly they can match them defensively and up top."
