In Victor Osimhen's shoes, Gary Lineker favors a move to Arsenal while Chelsea and Manchester United are all reportedly interested in the Napoli striker.
Despite Osimhen's recent contract extension with Napoli, there's anticipation of a summer departure. The Nigerian's outstanding contributions, including 31 goals in Napoli's previous Serie A campaign, have heightened interest from top Premier League clubs.
During a discussion on the Rest is Football podcast, Micah Richards asked Lineker and Alan Shearer about their picks if they were in Osimhen's position.
“I think I’d look at it and I’d go, at the moment, Arsenal," said the former striker and added:
“I would say, Arsenal are probably a centre-forward away from winning things. Chelsea are a centre-forward away from becoming competitive again. Manchester United are a centre-forward away from improving, but they’ve still got a long way to go."
“If I were him, you want to go somewhere where you think you’re going to win things.”
