Gareth Southgate provides update on Ben Chilwell injury after England defeat

England boss Gareth Southgate has provided an injury update on Chelsea star Ben Chilwell after the Three Lions suffered a 2-0 defeat to Belgium. Chilwell was forced off after just 38 minutes in the Nations League game against Belgium. When asked about Chilwell’s injury, Southgate said: "He had some sort of issue with his back that he was complaining about and he didn’t feel he could carry on. "Outside of that I can’t give you any detail at the moment."
