On Tuesday afternoon
Gareth Southgate has announced England's provisional squad for the upcoming Euro 2020.
The Three Lions boss included 33 players, seven out of which will be excluded and will not participate in the Euros.
In his press conference, Southgate was asked about picking Mason Greenwood and Phil Foden, after the incident in Iceland.
The reports suggested the youngsters paid an Icelandic hotel worker in order to sneak two girls into their hotel room, while on international duty with England.
When asked on the incident and recalling the players back, Southgate replied:
"The past is the past. I spoke with him in March to make it clear to him. Young people make mistakes and we are happy to move on, same with Phil (Foden)."
