Gareth Bale appeared to make fun of Son Heung-min with a reference to Liverpool goalkeeper Loris Karius during a Tottenham training session. Bale, who returned to Spurs on loan from Real Madrid in the summer, had arguably his most memorable evening in a Los Blancos shirt in 2018, when he scored two goals against Liverpool to help his side win the Champions League final 3-1. During Wednesday's training ahead of Spurs' Europa League game against Royal Antwerp on Thursday, Bale, Son and some of the other players gave goalkeeping practice a go. Footage shows a powerful shot being fired at Son, who fails to gather it and lets it drop at his feet instead. As he is running away, Bale can be heard cheekily shouting: "Karius!"
Did Bale call Sonny Karius when he dropped the ball 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣#COYS #THFC pic.twitter.com/GVNPeBYeAD
