Chelsea will be looking to bounce back from their disappointing 3-3 draw with West Bromwich Albion as they travel to Tottenham for their Carabao Cup fourth-round tie. Frank Lampard's side tasted success on their last visit to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in December, winning 2-0 in a bad-tempered affair which saw Son Heung-min sent off. Speaking ahead of the game, the Blues boss Lampard confirmed that new signings Edouard Mendy and Ben Chilwell would be included in the squad.
