Frenkie De Jong reveals what he thought after Barcelona lost to Liverpool

Ajax youngster Frenkie de Jong has spoken out on Barcelona vs Liverpool Champions League semi final game. The Catalan team, who are de Jong's future team as the midfielder has already agreed a deal with the club, was eliminated by the Reds after losing 4-0 (4-3) in the second leg. De Jong admitted that he watched the game and is unsure whether he will be needed by the La Liga champions next season. "It's been wonderful, I go to Barcelona with great joy," De Jong said after his final Ajax home game. "It's been a fantastic season, although I would have liked to have said goodbye with three titles, but it wasn't to be. "I watched the match between Liverpool and Barcelona. I don't know if they need me! Had they been in the final, they could have won the treble."
