Frank Warren discusses negotiation rumours regarding Anthony Joshua fight

Tyson Fury has not received an offer to face Anthony Joshua in April, his promoter Frank Warren has claimed. Joshua, the WBA (Super), WBO, IBF and IBO heavyweight champion, is next scheduled to take to the ring at Wembley Stadium on April 13. “We’re certainly not having any conversations with Anthony Joshua because no one ever contacts us,” Warren told IFL TV. “All we do is read things, Hearn saying he’s been talking to him and tweeting him. As it stands now we’ve had zero with regards to any communication. Nothing at all.” He added: “At the end of the day, (if Team Joshua) want to do anything, they got our number, just pick the phone up because that's where it starts - it’s here. We will then pass on whatever the discussions are to Tyson to make a decision, but that’s where it’s at. That’s again is a great fight, but we’re focused at the moment on Deontay Wilder but he and Joshua is a great fight. There’s no doubt about it.”
