Frank Lampard makes Tammy Abraham vow after two more Chelsea goals

Frank Lampard claimed Tammy Abraham will only get better after the England striker scored twice on his first start at Stamford Bridge. The Blues academy graduate has finally become the club’s first-choice striker after various loans, including a very successful spell at Aston Villa last season. Abraham, 21, won two England caps in 2017, but has not been named in Gareth Southgate’s latest squad. Lampard said: “Delighted with Tammy, delighted with his attitude. He has a desire to score and it’s his all-round game as well. “We are working closely with Tammy on little bits of his game where he can be even better. He is very receptive to that and was unlucky not to have three.”
