Frank Lampard drops Dries Mertens Chelsea transfer hint on Instagram

Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has followed Dries Mertens on Instagram. Lampard, who has 4.1 million followers, follows only 295 people. The Blues are interested in signing the Napoli forward, who is available for free at the end of the season. Mertens recently turned 33, but with Pedro and Willian likely to leave the Bridge this summer, Lampard could use another experienced forward.
