Frank Lampard claims Tottenham have a 'world-class' talent in their ranks

Frank Lampard has claimed that Tottenham have a “world-class” player in their ranks, in the name of Harry Kane. The Chelsea legend has also tipped the Spurs talisman to break his scoring duck in this weekend’s Premier League trip to Arsenal. Kane is yet to score a Premier League goal this season, although he has netted three times in all competitions. He goes into Sunday’s North London derby on the back of a goal in the Carabao Cup third-round penalty shootout win at Wolves. And Lampard has said that the England captain will open the scoring on Sunday's north London derby.
“I don’t think you can look past Harry Kane can you?” said the former Chelsea boss.   “I know people are talking about him not being in the best of form, but that’s when he always proves people wrong.   “He is clearly a world-class player, undoubtedly so.   “In the Euros, people were on him in those first games and then he comes good and becomes the talisman we know he is.   “I think it’s harsh, he had to play the Euros, then he had his break and then he had the thing about whether or not he’d move, which would have affected him mentally.   “Did anyone think he’d hit the ground running straight away? Maybe this weekend is the time he does it.   “He’s brilliant, I’ve got a lot of time for Harry Kane.”
