Frank Lampard aims dig at ex-Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho

Frank Lampard has vowed to learn from Jose Mourinho’s mistakes and stand by his young players. During his second season at Stamford Bridge, Mourinho didn’t stick with Kevin de Bruyne, Mohamed Salah and Romelu Lukaku. The trio have since developed into world-class players. Lampard said: “If we’re not patient and if we don’t stick with the players, we might end up in a situation like we were before where the absolute top, world-class players at this moment were at Chelsea when they were 20, 21 and managers didn’t stick with them so much then. I’m in a position where I’m going to stick with them.” Source- Evening Standard
