Four players Manchester City could sign for free to strengthen the team

Manchester City welcomed several players during the summer transfer window including Ferran Torres, Nathan Ake as well as Ruben Dias. Despite the transfer window now being closed until winter, clubs are allowed to sign free agents at any time. And with that in mind Manchester Evening News have taken a look at four free agents whom Guardiola's side could sign. First player on the list is Alexandre Pato who became a free agent after his contract with Sao Paulo was terminated over the summer. The 31-year-old made 13 appearances during the previous season, scored 4 goals and provided 2 assists. Mario Mandzukic is another player who is currently a free agent after leaving Qatari club Al-Duhail in the summer. Former Arsenal star Jack Wilshere is also currently looking for a club after West Ham terminated his contract on deadline day. Wilshere only made 19 appearances for the Hammers before his contract was terminated. Ivan Strinic is another player on the list that Gaurdiola could look to sign. source - Manchester Evening News Join us on Telegram
