FiveThirtyEight: Supercomputer predicts Liverpool's chances of qualifying for the Champions League next season

  FiveThirtyEight have predicted the chances of Liverpool finishing fourth and reaching the Champions League next season. The Reds were eliminated from the tournament after they suffered a 3-1 on aggregate defeat to Real Madrid in the quarter-finals. While in the Premier League, Jurgen Klopp's side are 7th, 2 points behind 4th placed Chelsea. According to FiveThirtyEight, Liverpool get 55% chance of finishing fourth this season and qualifying for the next season's UCL.
