FiveThirtyEight: Supercomputer predicts chances of Manchester City reaching the Champions League semi-final, final and winning the final

  FiveThirtyEight’s Supercomputer has predicted the chances of Manchester City reaching the Champions League semi-final and final, as well as the chances of winning the final. City reached the quarter-finals after having celebrated 4-0 aggregate win over Borussia Monchengladbach in the round of 16. Now Pep Guardiola's side are preparing to face Borussia Dortmund on Tuesday, April 6 for the first leg of the quarter-final. The second leg will be played on April 14. According to FiveThirtyEight’s prediction, Pep Guardiola's side get 82% chance of making the semis and 58% chance of making the final. Guardiola's side get 39% chance of winning the final, more than any other team in the tournament.
