Chelsea chief Marina Granovskaia is prepared to sanction a move for Rice provided it is their only winter addition, according to The Athletic. Isco is set to leave Real Madrid and Arsenal are also interested in him. But Chelsea will look to beat their London rivals. The 28-year-old is poised to leave on loan for the rest of the season. Ben White has been linked with a move to a host of England's top clubs. But he ended up staying at Brighton. Chelsea's defence has begun to look a little more settled with Thiago Silva and Kurt Zouma. But White's age makes him a worthwhile investment, even if he is not seen as a guaranteed starter.
