Liverpool have had an incredible history, and throughout the years many talented players had their mark at the Anfield. Fernando Torres is one of the Reds beloved players, he had an amazing career and was always devoted to the club. Roberto Firmino, who currently plays for Liverpool, is one the essential players and forms the Merseyside club’s unstoppable front trio. Torres moved to Liverpool in 2007 from Atletico Madrid for €38million. He spent nearly four years at the Anfield and during that time he managed to score 81 goals and provide 20 assists in his 142 Reds appearances. Throughout his career Torres won a FIFA World Cup, two Euro Cups, a Champions League trophy, a FA Cup, two Europa League trophies, an Euro Under-19 trophy.
Firmino joined the Reds back in 2015 from Hoffenheim for €41million. He has become of the club’s current squad’s essential players and throughout his time at the Anfield the 28-year-old has made 235 appearances, scored 77 goals and provided 12 assists. During his career Firmino has won a Copa America trophy, a Champions League, a FIFA Club World Cup and an UEFA SuperCup.
However, Firmino still has a career at the Merseyside club and will have time to break new records and win a number of trophies.
