FIFA expects $ 6.65 BN for 2022 World Cup

FIFA announced during the meeting in Bogota, Colombia, that they expect $ 6.56 BN revenue from World Cup 2022 to be hosted by Qatar. Gianni Infantino said the biggest portion of the revenue will come from TV broadcasting rights. Despite the fact that costs of hospitality and ticket sales will go down, the revenue from TV broadcasting will increase by $ 400 m during 2019-2022 period. Also another portion of revenue will contain marketing sales.
